Initial release version 1.0

Athens Rising contains a series of 4 decisions that will allow you to expand the number of holdings in the County while adding some beneficial modifiers. Combined with a Great Work, you will be able to reach 7 holdings for Athenai without relying on the Reaper's Due prosperity event. The first two decisions will take 2 years after firing to reach completion, and the third will take 4 years. The fourth decision is instantaneous and remakes the title for the Kingdom of Greece into the Kingdom of Hellas with a new historical capital in Athenai. There is a hidden 5th decision that will allow you to reclaim Athenai as your capital in the event that you lose control of the province to a vassal.

There are a small number of new event images included, as well as a new flag for the Kingdom of Greece following the completion of the decision event chain. A new Coat of Arms emblem is included in the file but not implemented in the game; a byproduct of me learning as I worked through the code.

A new Bloodline is added for completing everything that provides a +2.5% bonus to tech spread and build time, a +5 Greek opinion bonus, and provides 0.1 prestige. It's a small trophy for making it through the mod, so to speak.
