-Nerf the automatic active recharge, from 10 seconds to 15 seconds.
-Fix the overflow bug for the automatic active recharge.
-Added the item to Ultra Secret Room pools.
-Change the variaty of sound that will be played when certain features activate.
-Friendly enemy(like the Boney from "Book of the Dead" or enemy captured by "Friendly ball" will also become invincible.
