Version 1.4.0 New World Order Update
(NOT SAVE COMPATIBLE, LOC UPDATE NEEDED)
For a better experience, I still recommend waiting, “calmly”, that AI mods will be updated to 1.10.

Rules
- With the new rule "Population Lag Fix (Tech&Res)", you can massively help your game performance, especially after 1936 reducing the number of pops through and aggressive assimilation.
The rule has three formats:
1. Vanilla Pop Mechanics (Rule disabled, DEFAULT RULE)
2. Vanilla Pop from 1836, aggressive Pop Lag Fix from 1936. (Mid Rule)
3. Low aggressive Pop Lag Fix from 1836, aggressive Pop Lag Fix from 1936. (Rule enabled)
With this rule enabled, games after 1936 are faster, smoother and more enjoyable without damaging game balance.

Optimization and Bug
- Disabled (For now) Austrian and Ottoman Collapse events, considering free update.
- Optimized demographic mechanics, since it didn’t work with civil wars and in latest stages.
- Optimized construction points and their use in late game, to avoid the 1000 building limit nad facilitating economic growth of huge countries.
- Adjusted pop need ratios.
- Adjusted some events’ videos.
- Moved tech spread bonus from tech to UN modifiers to help less developed countries.
- Added a new PM for food industry with on-demand goods in input to start e-commerce economy.
- Added new development modifier to better represent late game development.
- Reduced engineers employment in favor of academics for a better definition and historicity of politics and economy in late game.

Flavor
- Improved African Decolonization: now African Countries will spawn.
- Added some events and modifiers to EEC and EU. However, this does not yet result in an EU power bloc, as the game sadly does not yet allow scripted power bloc creation.
- Added superpower modifier, to represent the polarization of the world in fewer power blocs.

Good
- Added “On-Demand Goods” good to represent the e-commerce economy of the early 21th century.

Building
- Highways and Railways have been merged and rebalanced.
- Added a new building: E-Commerce Logistic Centers, discoverable in era 9 and capable of producing On-Demand Goods consuming other consumer goods based on the chosen PM.

PM
- Alloys and aluminium can again be produced simultaneously in Alloy Plants.
- Merged Bullet and High-Speed Train PMs and techs.
- Added new military and naval doctrines.
- Added new Logistic Hub PM to trains.
- Added Wireless Telecommunication PMs (2G, 4G, 5G) to Telecommunication Plants.
- *1,5 water plant input, output and employment of PMs.
- Hydroponic Farm has been completely overhauled.
- Added a new automation PM for logging camps.
- Added two new PMs to plantation to increase productivity through machines and drones.
- Added new PMs to hydroponic farms to increase productivity through vertical farming and drones.
- Added new filtration mining PMs to increase their throughput: high pressure grinding rolls for hard rock mines, Precision Blasting PM and Autonomous and Remote Ops PM.
- Added IOT Assembly Lines, the best automation PM for many industries

Companies
- Added a few companies of the following sector: e-commerce.

Tech
- Simplified Tech Tree connections for better aesthetics.
- Improved Tech images.
- Improved XIII, IX and X Eras, removing useless techs, adding new ones with modifiers and PMs.

Military
- Added two new units: SPG (Self Propelled Artillery), Rocket Artillery.
- Added new advanced mobilization options regarding Electronic Warfare, Drones and ICBMs.
- Increased costs and strength of army and navy in late game to simulate the reduction of their size.

Version 1.3.4 Demographic Patch (Save Compatible)
- The United Kingdom will no longer start from demographic phase 3, but from demographic phase 2, as the UK has often underperformed its actual population size based on feedback and my simulations.
- The penalty on the French birth rate has been reintroduced, but as always, it can be transformed into a permanent bonus via a journal entry.

Version 1.3.3 BPM Compatibility Patch (Save Compatible)
- Reduced capitalists and engineers political power after 1945 for game balance, as this was making industrialists and petit bourgeois overpowered after 1945.
- Tech & Res is now compatible with BPM, adding BPM triggers to activate new ideologies to BPM interest groups.
- Increased number of mines from big and huge deposits of MR uranium and Tech & Res resources.
- Slightly changes to demographic stages mechanics, reducing help to human players.
- Non-american countries with large populations (>200 million) are no longer able to slow down demographic through multiculturalism and immigration, since their population is too large.
- The mobilization_option_field_hospitals now requires opium input, as in vanilla.
- Removed bronze tools PM.

- Resolved localization problem for goods_output_grain_mult.

Optimization and Bug
- Resolved bug where Serbia takes Ottoman Egypt after Ottoman collapse.
- Removed birth and mortality prosperity modifiers to some companies.
- Tech & Res AI updated to last kAI version.
- Adjusted Volcano modifier, removing infrastructure malus.
- Adjusted vanilla companies to 1.9.8
- Increased number of mines on states with medium or big uranium deposits.
- Removed secondary compulsory school from child rights for easier BPM compatibility.
- More charters and companies attainable.
- Economy modifier now slightly reduce or increase number of possible companies.
- Resolved countries not using gasification in early game: gas no more available before era 5.

Flavor
- Created decolonization events for India.
- Added Durand Line event for better borders between India, Iran/Persia and Afghanistan.
- Added new laws: mines, uranium, environment, life rights, data, lgbtq+.
- Added new ideologies and journal entries to simulate interest groups’ opinions about these laws.

Goods
- Prints good has become Media Content good.
- Digital Entertainment good has become Interactive Entertainment good.
- Nuclear fuel, missiles, fuel_cells, air_travel and helicopter goods have been removed.
- Telecommunications is no more a local good.
- Created a new pop growth mechanic defined through 6 demographic stages. The reason is that Vic 3 SoL is not able to represent pop growth after 14 SoL. For better explanation look at Tech & Res 1.2 threads/discussions.

PM
- Publishing Industry has transformed into Media Industry, which will behave like publishing industry during XIX century but it can be transformed into a Broadcasting Industry with the discovery of radio, film and TV, and then into a digital media industry with the discovery of Internet.
- In order to distinguish digital media PMs of Media Industry from interactive media PMs of Digital Media Industry, Digital Media Industry has been renamed Interactive Media Industry.
- Consumer Electronics Industry has been created, merging TVs and Home Appliances PMs.
- Space Assets Industry and Aircraft Industry have been merged and rebalanced.
- Entertainment Area and Opera House have been merged and rebalanced.
- Synthetic rubber and petrochemical have been merged and rebalanced.
- Synthetic fuel and Refinery have been merged and rebalanced.
- Nuclear Plant and Power Plant have been merged and rebalanced.
- Desalinated Water Plant and Port have been merged and rebalanced.
- Airport has been rebalanced.
- Nerfed Highways PMs
- Removed paper consumption from Data Manual Reporting PM, as it doesn't give bonus.
- Internet data optimization PMs no more require computers/servers from industry itself but software… they are on the cloud!
- Added military and navy techs and PMs regarding arms, munitions, whaling, fishing and shipbuilding.
- Added a new construction building PM.
- Added recycling PMs in urban centers, only available when environment laws are active.
- Advanced and robotic assembly lines are stronger than before.

Tech
- Tech tree images improved.
- Tech tree revamped and slightly delayed.
- New tech about environment, military and era IX/X.
- Tech points required for techs after era VI is higher than before.
- Created new Aluminium tech in era IV in order to solve zeppelin PM lack of aluminium.

Companies
- Added some historical companies of the following sectors: home appliances, furniture, automotive, media, publishing
- Expanded Ford and FIAT prestige goods in American/US vehicles and European vehicles prestige goods.
- Added 2 new prestige goods: Japanese anime & manga and Asian vehicles.
- Removed and unified some prestige goods.

NOTE: Unfortunately, I haven't had time for the atomic bomb; I'll try to include it in the next update. More than anything, I'd like to take the time to study the stability of the atomic bomb mechanics.

Version 1.2.5 Small Bug fix.
- Fixed a bug where the second nuclear reactor requires the third generation tech and vice versa.
- Improved company logos.
- Slightly adjusted electronic components PM in order to balance copperwires low price.
- Slightly increased alloy plants late-game PMs productivity.
- Pharmaceuticals are less required as popneed_household but are also consumed as intoxicants.
- Nuclear plants can be expandable in a state, but they are weaker than before.
- Resolved Apple Iphone and Mac bug where they were digital_entertainment good.

- Companies no more depends on primary_culture but strategic regions and incorporated states.
- Adjusted lacks of image and localization for some companies.

Version 1.2.3 Small Bug fix.
- Removed a small territorial aid to Prussia for the capture of Holstein, which was causing incompatibilities with map overhauling mods or converter.
- Now the game ends in 2020.
