Added mapscript for rp_cscdesert_v2-1_propfix with numerous events and a little story.

breakable boxes that contain scraps and rations and stuff
various junk items
first aid kit
more canned food
potato
egg
fuel (that does nothing)
increased hunger/stamina decay (and added some randomness)
You can now be ragdolled out of vehicles due to hunger, stamina, or explosion damage
flipped compass so red points to the target just like in VotV
after getting back up from a ragdoll state it should reselect what weapon you were holding before
added ability to bind a key to inventory in the VotV options menu
added ability to bind a key to falling over in the VotV options menu
You can get up from ragdoll state by pressing jump as well as use now
inventory uses weight and volume now
drone will now drop MRE, drive box, drive on every delivery zone at midnight
made it less likely for delivery box items to get stuck together (it will probably still happen)

fixed lua error when object has no hold positions set

disabling hunger and stamina serverside disables their HUD elements as well
convar for disabling the compass serverside
added 3 sodas (consumables)
added 2 lamps (standing and desk)
added pigeon
added beer (no visual effect yet)

adjusted darkness levels so now it should always be dark at night
fixed day/night cycle missing one of it's "night" sections
fixed missing processing effects file for the npcs
fixed "hold" function wiping item data (paper contents and other things)

added convar cl_votv_hud_border to turn off the border on the use menu
added convar sv_votv_serverbreak to toggle server breaking (over time)
added convar sv_votv_serverdecay to toggle server calibration loss (over time)
added convar sv_votv_transformerdecay to toggle transformer power loss (over time)
servers can now be broken by taking damage

Compass no longer does any calculations while disabled
Added a check to the compass and other hud elements to make sure its convar exists before spamming you with errors
fixed daily task requested servers not properly saving through restarts
fixed clientside daily task loading to be more reliable
fixed daily task not acquiring servers properly when Map Events are first loaded
