small bug fix. now the player should work as intented

- Updated the bottom Description of the Mod
- Fixed the Song Selector Bug. Those who didn't purchase the priviledge weren't supposed to see the song selector, but it was still showing up, that has been fixed.
- Fixed the Achievement Oversight. Achievements were meant to be Multiplayer Only. Those who got them in singleplayer should be ashamed, but i won't take them away since it would do so for everyone. Just know, I know what you are. o-o
- Reduced the amount of particles in Chara's stuff. She should lag less and even more so with the domain.

Updates will come less and less now as I've moved on to other things.

- Dulled her Knife due to HR complaints.
- Fissure will now knockdown, making it neigh impossible to combo off of.
- Sunderance in combo drains all DT and is now 6 Meter
- Slicers now has less hitstun
- Slicer is now F20
- Fight also will now Knockdown
- Backwards Engage is now F3 movement
- Invade now only landcancels after the second dash
- Relentless will now harshly drain EXP after running past the opponent. Relentless will now also break faster.
- Preloading LV20 moves no longer exists.

Fixed being able to Preload moves on whiff. Now Chara HAS to hit the opponent and break her save in order to preload, aside from perception.
Damage numbers now show accurate Damage taken
Chara has a small indicator for when she's LV19/20
Made the Timing to get a certain Achivement easier.
SaveStars break faster and there is no more slow down.
When a SaveStar is broken, it now puts the player/opponnet in ParryAfterWhiff.
Whiffing Evade will now leave her completely defenseless. She won't dodge anymore.
