WP's Mysterious Worlds (4.0)

Update: Sep 20 @ 4:49pm

General:
- Updated to v4.0 (Phoenix). Possible bugs - need people to playtest and tell me what they find!
- Stellaris 4.x offers a fairly different experience and with worse performance. For those who want to stick on 3.14 I fully understand and am hosting the old version of this mod on my google drive you can download. Check my mod collection at the top of the workshop page "My Mods: Compatibility / Load Order / Old Versions" for a link.
- I am trying something new. The mod now requires "WP's Library" as a dependency for it's data. Find out more info about that on it's mod page!
- Added dependencies to the .descriptor file! This means you don't have to worry about load order anymore! I'll leave my workshop guide page up for reference anyway, even though it shouldn't be necessary.
- Wherever my mods overwrite Vanilla elements those keys are now contained within their own .txt files for easier reading and organisation.

Added new UI messages!
- When this mod released I had several comments from people who thought it was bugged or not working when in fact it was.
- To fix that up the UI now explains more clearly that homeworlds do not get exploration (your people did that hundreds of years ago!)
- And the UI explains that you must actually click on a planet in order to explore it.

Adjusted pop counts:
- Set for the new 4.x values (as stupid as I believe they are...)
- First exploration now requires 500 pops, not 5
- Second: 1,000, not 10
- Third: 2,000
- And then further increments of 2k per threshold

Unexplored territory is now generated on_planet_surveyed
- Previously this was only on game start
- This should mean we can catch and explore worlds that are created later via events
- As well as any other late spawning from other mods you downloaded on the workshop!
- Rewrote the event code a little to accommodate this, let me know if it's buggy.

Housekeeping
- Swapped all instances of pop_count to pop_amount (4.x requires this) and tweaked a number to fix the accidental double exploration you got at 40 pops! Sorry!
- For players who ONLY use "Mysterious Worlds": I have written alternate spawning code for which planetary features you find when you explore a region. It could be better. I seriously recommend my other mod, Planetary Features Expanded.
- Many other spawning tweaks.
- Excluded pc_city from getting exploration at game start - just in case another mod adds one.

Planet View Note
- Mysterious Worlds is currently NOT compatible with "Planet View", because "Planet View" for 4.0 hasn't been made yet!
- In the meantime you'll have to use the "planetary exploration" blocker button to open the exploration menu. Sorry about that - I know it sucks without planet view. Big plans coming there, though. Stay tuned.

Adding the workshop thumbnail.

Initial release. Unplaytested, probably buggy.
