Fixed several namelist typos, including one that caused the name "Ingunþs" to appear ingame as "Ingunt_s".

Added some localization for Gothic paganism (all highly speculative - we have basically no idea what gods the Goths worshipped, apart from a few names).

Fixed a bug that was breaking Roman governor titles.

Also reformatted the namelist and removed some duplicates and inaccurate names.

Figured out how to change the names of existing characters, so now most characters at the various bookmarks should have proper names.
