+Added some smears and hit sparks for some nice visual flair.
+He has a small brake animation.
+He can dash grab and pivot grab.
+Buffed both Falcon Punch variants.
+64 Falcon Punch now has pound properties too.
+Up Special launches at a more vertical angle, making it a more reliable vertical KO move; thanks to KweenStrom for catching this detail.
+Added Ultra. Might be overpowered as shit right now.

Falcon Punch has been significantly buffed. Jab is useable now. Now there's a cue for changing specials to their Default version and their 64 version.
