Tiny Patch:
Included config to disable bad MCOs added by AU Vipers.
Shipping localization for all Salarian names seeing as, due to a typo, they have hanging double quotes trailing them all.
Turned back on some old code to ensure aliens generated at campaign start get the NCE treatment with LWOTC enabled.

Yet another small tweak to ensure the dragons' CA properly spawns a compound mission with LWOTC active. It's what I get for assuming stuff works instead of properly testing it.

LWOTC Compatibility Changes:
- I've changed up how the missions generated by covert actions are handled with LWOTC active (the Rescue Operative mission to boost your influence and the Dragons' CA to get a rookie). Big changes in the backend, but what matters is that now they are fully-integrated with LWOTC systems. They'll have a limited time for infiltration, have the full LWOTC Reinforcement system and you will be properly notified when they must be launched.
- For the "mandatory" covert actions, they'll show up again if you fail the mission/decide to skip it, no more losing contact with the region. I've also reduced the duration for the Covert Action themselves, as you still have to infiltrate it after completing the CA.
- Another big thing is that, due to the fact that you can't pick which region the CA (and thus the mission) will spawn in, the regional Strength will not affect those two missions at all. Much like the other Golden Path missions, the mission's Alert Level is based solely off of your game difficulty.

New Feature:
If you're using the newer Target Icons mod, I've now added custom target icons for every species module currently released (minus the Geth, I decided they don't count). If you think they look too out of place, they can easily be disabled through MCM.

LWOTC Compatibility Changes:
- Added Failure Risk to the covert actions from species modules that aren't marked as bGoldenPath--currently this applies to the Recruit Hybrid Soldier and the repeatable Rescue Draconic Operative covert actions.

New Species Fix:
For those of you using the Hybrids module, now the EventListeners that check if you've managed to capture or evac an ADVENT unit will no longer trigger off of captured robots. No longer will you get a Hybrid off of evac'ing a hacked MEC or Drone.

LWOTC Compatibility Changes:
- Removed the entries for the original Playable Aliens mod (most importantly Kiruka's version of it for LWOTC) so that the stronger alien units are properly gated by their custom Covert Actions, instead of being purchaseable from the start of the game.
