Initial release as 0.6

Thanks to Ling for initial porting into the game. He has lots of car ports which can be found in internationalsimracing site/forum.

The car is ready to be driven and raced. However man ythings are left unfinished:

1. RR knockoff missing in showroom;
2. FFB sometimes oscilates when game is launched;
3. IBL materials for tires, IBL materials for rims. Overall materials could use improving;
4. AI not careful, too eager to bump into you. And the car is easily damagable;
5. Suspension 3D model isn't all properly well animated;
6. Model materials are not sorted out - can use less;
7. No lods - always last thing;
8. Missing oil temp gauge;
9. Needs one more mirror;
10. Can't pull seat further back, for whatever reason;
11. I want to add modern historic tire as an upgrade option;
12. Driver has belts, because they cover up hole in drivers chest mesh, I am using driver from Gasoline Alley mod;
13. Driver hands are in noob position, clearly not a pro;
14. 3D model could use some more detailing, they always do, but this one in particularly does when it comes to several fine details;
15. I want to add few more extra driver entries with different car paint shading, although they are all probably destined to be silver;
16. UI icons - I am bad at this.
17. Adjusting cameras. Only cockpit camera is fine, but it also requires pulling the seat back to the max for proper view.
