You were absolutely right. Those jerks from the 'Manhunter UC Outpost' didn't have the 'Manhunters' faction assigned to them. They money you did give to them (after I fixed their dialogue tree) improved the relations with the UC! Finally fixes.

Fixed both Manhunters and City Heroes to only take your money and increase your reputation WHEN you accept the offer to pay. Not before.

+ Fixed the United Cities Heroes Trader giving you money instead of taking it when you pay to increase your relations with them.
+ Fixed the Manhunter Trader not taking your money when you pay to increase your relations with them.
