Whoopsie I broke the game Hotfix attempt #3:
- Fixed resetting of memory keeping track of what species have attacked the colony
-- this caused attacks to not spawn after all species where "met"

To verify/QA:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I launched a new colony, waited until first attack hit (Glutch this time).
Verified the attack was properly recorded in code.
Saved, quit, killed game.
Launched SAD, loaded save,
Verified glutch attack still recorded.
--------------------------------------------------------------

For anyone with a bricked save, please use the new "Get to the good part!" option in the communication relay.
This will force update the list of what your colony has been attacked by to "all of them".
This can be done once per save, because the Galactican Empire doesn't like wasting that much fuel.
But they will like you more!
Which will matter... soon....

Weapon Rebalance!
All PX weapons now have strengths and weaknesses
1. Galactican Weapons:
++ Highly accurate
++ All damage types
++ Grant temperature resistant
-- Low damage
-- Low crit chance

2. Cyber Weapons
++ high damage
++ high crit chance
-- Low Robot damage
-- "Hard" to wield

3. Alien Weapons
++ Hits lower targets defenses
++ Unique equip bonuses
-- Low durability
-- "Unknown Consequences"

4. Black Market Weapons
++ Hits deal status conditions
++ High Robot damage
-- Low accuracy

Alien Research & Revamp!
- Alien technology lore redone to align with new organs
- Alien research no longer requires cyber tech as a prerequisite
- Alien research now requires Zancer + Organs

BugFix:
- Fixed bug in new attack calculations causing nothing to spawn
- Removed errant code in initial spawn attacks referencing incorrect species
- Work now properly includes PX skills Hacking/Biology/Trading
-- PX Work is no longer an allowed activity set

Passive animals gained 1 organ, enabling passive organ farming
Edited main description to better reflect changes

Buffs:
- Lowered research time for trading
- Lowered research time for donation
- Lowered requirements for Dissectory
- Lowered research time for Advanced Weaponry
-- Poison Bow now requires manure instead of organs
-- Fire bow now requires oil
--- Removed piercing damage from the above weapons
--- Made above weapon recipes require any fabric, not just cloth

Commentary:
Advanced Weaponry should be an early-to-mid-game method to deal with resistances.
By giving pure energy/gas weapons, I feel less bad about introducing high blunt/pierce enemies in the mid game

BugFixes:
Corrected BabyRaptor attack to BabyRaptors
Unlocked Dissectory
Disabled bug hint that isn't useful
Corrected logic that suppressed high difficulty/hard moon attack rates
Corrected first Juno attack to be Juno's, not Hummingfly's

4.0 Animal, Guts, and Attacks Rework!

NOTE:
All old organs and old organ box variants are now unable to be found
They can now be converted at the Dissectory 1:2 organ:zancer 1:15 box:zancer

ORGANS:
Animals now have "generic" organs, based on what their Genus are good at!
New research in Top Secret that allows:
-- Zancer cells (And other organs) can be swapped 2:1

Organ Boxes can now be packed with 2 of any organ/Zancer Cell

ANIMALS
All animal tiers from the "Insects Level Up All Species" now drop more organs than lower tiers.

ATTACKS
Attacks in Project X have a better "progression" structure.
Initially, you get to meet and greet all the animals on the planet that would like to eat your face
After your colony has found all of them, attacks will be garunteed to be mixed
After your colony has progressed in Project-X content, attacks will be stronger and the "minimum" tier of animal is raised
After you colony has progressed even FARTHER, attacks will be mixed and have a VERY high floor tier of animal.

Aka If you have access to Galactican/Cyber armor.... no more basic Skarabei, only enhanced variants

BugFixes:
Zancer Cells no longer are treated like Manure (Need to be discovered/toggled to be used)

Next few patch(s):
- Mini patches will be uploaded giving all passive animals a generic organ on slaugher
-- So you have "passive" organ collection not just waiting on an attack wave to trigger

- New species will get variants inside of the "ILU" mod
-- Glances at the now depreciated PX dog attack, Ulfen Raid from base game, etc...

- Re-Build Alien tier buildings/research to require new organs
(Most reasearch/recipes are either unavailable or list the organs you cannot find)

Next Major Patch:

Be careful holding onto too much contraband, as the Galactican Empire is starting to spin up routine scans of their colonies....
You wouldn't be doing anything illegal on planet now, right?
And what would the Galactican's do to unruly colonies?

For real this time; Removed lua-code that tried to do something on completion of hacking device
(It was a remnant of testing for a future "faction" content)
