Update:

  • Will no longer spawn the resource on Mountains or Canyons, or under other Cities.
  • Will no longer spawn the resource beneath existing improvements.

  • Properly spawns resources on Water tiles now. For resources such as Petroleum, resources can spawn at either land or sea.
