Noticed an immortal with "Incapable" which is weird because I thought the immortal trait prevents incapable.. oh well now it's getting removed during the yearly pulse event.

Changed version string from 1.13.0.x to 1.13.0.*. Workshop uses a different wildcard character than I use at work.

The "valid_for_culling" trigger was modified in base mod and not this mod, so I had to bring that over in this small update

Removed unnecessary changes to Zer0's code after his update earlier today. Kept in landless adventurer stuff as it didn't look like that had been changed from his mod.
