V.1.1.1: 1.8 Fix
-Journal entries regarding assimilation should now be fixed, although the issue persists, populations do not assimilate even if there's a homeland, as long as there is no population of the culture to be converted in that province. However, this issue should only occur in provinces conquered outside of Hispanoamerica. There's not much else that can be done for now. All events added by the mod are functioning (in the case of the base game's national cultures, I haven't fixed it. I hope Paradox resolves this. Besides, I assume anyone playing this mod is aiming to form a country larger than a single modern-day nation-state, so I don't think it's very relevant).

-Central America was nerfed and now starts with 24% radicals instead of 20%. I hope this results in its dissolution happening more frequently. Congratulations to those who enjoyed playing with OP Central America.

-As a small addition, universities were added across Hispanoamerica at the start of the game: 1 in Colombia, 1 in Ecuador, 1 in Venezuela, 1 in Southern Peru, 1 in Northern Peru, 1 in Guatemala, 1 in Cuba, 1 in Bolivia, 3 in Argentina, and two extra in Mexico.

-I made it so that cultures at maximum acceptance will still assimilate into the primary culture under all laws except Multiculturalism. Keep this in mind when promoting the Hispanoamerican culture.

V.1.1 : Central America Update

-The difficulty of keeping Central America united should be reduced (let me know your feedback on this; the AI should almost always fail, and the player should find it challenging, but it should still be possible)

-Journal entries and events regarding a Greater Central America have been added. This allows for claims in Chiapas, Yucatán, Antioquia, Panama, and the Spanish-speaking states in the Caribbean.

-Central America can choose to purchase Belize and Miskito after completing its first journal entry, and to form the Patria Grande after the second.

-State modifiers for coffee in New Granada and for plantations and hardwood in Central America have been added.

-The Panama Canal (and Suez) now adds 1 additional company space, thanks to Morglom for the idea.

-A lot of states had been buffed, specially a massive buff to Mexico, Lima, Panama and arable lands in Argentina.

-Patrian Capitals had been buffed with 5% MAPI.

-Dynamic colors had been added to fascist and anarchist Patria Grande.

-A way to colonize Alaska quickly has been added, sorry, I hate border gore.

-The requirements for forming Patria Grande have been reduced. Now, Cuba, Peru, Puerto Rico, Chile, and the Dominican Republic can trigger the journal entry as soon as they achieve Great Power status

V.1.0 : Release version.

-Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Nor-Peru, Colombia, Spain, and Venezuela have technological upgrades.

-All of the previously mentioned countries now have religious schools, religious hospitals, or both.

-Some culture names in the base game have been corrected.

-The Esequibo starts as part of Venezuela.

-Colonization claims in South America have been corrected.

-Argentina has a claim on the Falkland Islands.

-The penalties for construction in Sierra Madre, the Andes, and the Central American Cordillera have been reduced.

-Many more resources and arable land have been added across the entire American continent, state by state.

-Developing national cultures will not prevent the formation of formable countries in South America.

-Rio de la Plata is easier to form.

-The Federation of the Andes can now be formed by Chile.

-Mexican Destiny has been added, granting claims and possible homelands over the Great Plains, Oregon, and Washington, as well as the option to reintegrate Central America under Mexican control.

-The Patria Grande has been introduced, a new major formable country that unifies all of Hispanoamerica, with socialist, authoritarian/fascist, anarchist and monarchist dynamic flags, colors and/or names.

-Hispanomerican culture will emerge when you form Patria Grande, this culture accepts european, native and african heritage, you will start a process of imposing the culture all over the union, with a permanent modifier as a reward.

-Multiple expansion decisions with Patria Grande giving claims and Homelands in:
*West of the United States and Florida
*West of Canada
*All the Caribbean
*Western Brazil
*Greenland and Hawaii
-Completing all the expansion journals will give you a permanent modifier.

-A way to balkanize United States, with three new countries.

-A way to make Brazil a protectorate peacefully.

-A way to turn all the Anglo Canadian pops into yankees to end the "fake" Canadian state.

-Migration Journals in Patria Grande reworked, they can be used every year and completing the three of them will give modifiers to the country.

-As Mexico, or any country with the Patria Grande journal, you can buy Belice and Miskito to avoid fighting the Brittish in the unification play.

-Patagonia events are adapted completely to Patria Grande (I suggest not annexing all of Chile and Argentina without forming the Patria Grande first, because all countries can start colonizing the zone).

-Patria Grande can establish a group of Capital Cities, buffing this states with migration.
