Some performance improvements for the turrets since they could get a bit expensive if you had tons. Mostly improved performance by preventing them from being as "acquire-target" eager as vanilla turrets.

Made the artificial building radius 1 block more generous. The artificial building-hate-radius now properly takes into account changes to the radius from XML.

Fixed Dryads Turrets generating unbuildable blueprints when destroyed if within a rebuild zone.

Not sure if this could happen with this mod alone (I don't think so), but if something changed their designation categories etc. it certainly could.

Also removed the behavior where it reduces the turret count when it gets downgraded. It will just not make new ones.
