Fixed a bug that prevented using bottles to siphon/add fuel to a vehicle. Large fuel cans should also be fixed now.

Please note that Fuel Types mod also contains a separate problem that breaks using bottles which more likely than not should be fixed in thair mod...

Fixed a bug when running this mod WITHOUT Fuel Types Framework.
