= Quick hotfix to fix sprites being missing when not on Steve's default skin. This will default to using Steve's sprites (only applicable case being any sprites that use the special sprite animation indexes.)

Sorry it took a while, and i'ts not COMPLETELY finished (some options will be buggy, unfinished, or unavaliable), but I wanted to push this out since I'll probably be having to take things easy during August and the later months (real-life stuff and adult stuff, what a chore... ah well.)
There's a lot of changes that's been had, so I'll list them out when the character's 100% complete.
