+ Fixed walljump and replaced with a currently-temporary animation. Prior, it read old code and accessed sprites that were deleted.
+ Fixed FSPECIAL rails not being placed down on certain circumstances
+ Fixed mining not mining in the correct place in certain circumstances

+ Fixed DRIPSTONE (D-TILT) not working overall
+ Four new currently cheat-only effects:
= Absorption: Adds a small buffer for damage.
= Weaving: Wears out immediately on activated. Spawns cobwebs on launch.
= Wind charged: Emits a burst of wind when launched.
= Glowing: Makes a small glow around the afflicted player.
