Changed how the loot system works for Raccoon Boxes.
=> No longer drops from statue mobs, and neither from npcs with 5 health or under that aren't critters.
Removed boulder from drop table.
Reduced the coins drop rate difference from other items, to increase the chance of other loot come from the box.
Added support for custom translation, should one feel like adding that.

Added "addloot" and "removeloot" mod calls to this mod.
Updated how the notification of rare item found is sent on mp.
