Removed "CinderBall01" and "Ashland Tree-like01" from the Skinner's Roam biome, and "JunkBalls" from Skinner's Crawl biome. Skinner's Roam and Okran's Gulf should look MUCH more realistic now.

Also "removed" the Skinner's Roam fog, or that "endless duststorm" right down the center. It no longer made sense, given it's new climate.
