• Searing Shot no longer breaks via other hitboxes or Clairen's plasma field.

• Searing Shot's cooldown has been increased from 60 frames to 150 frames. The first window of the attack now has a length of 8 frames.

• Bolt Strike has been replaced with a more fitting and useful move: Searing Shot. This move only works while on the ground and summons a rain of fireballs in front of Victini.
  
• Down Tilt has been moved to Down Strong, and Down Strong has been replaced with a low kick.
  
• Teleport now enters pratfall at the end of the move.
