Fixed Arakan, Chokwe primary culture
Reimplemented my own versions of Romani and Ryukyuan cultures, removed from base mod.
Reworked China’s pops in a similar manner to India
Added Hui, Mongour, Salar, Oirat, Bonan, Yugur, Qiang, Naxi, Bai, Mien, Nu, Ta’ang, Shui, Tanka, Hlai, Hunanese, Gan, Kra, Tujia, Youtairen, Wu, Daur, Xibe, and She cultures
Added the Sinosphere discrimination trait to the Hakka, Min, Yue, Korean, and Zhuang cultures
Renamed Mongol to Khalkha, because I split off Oirat

Removed Tutsi and Hutu cultures (I think a caste system would represent the situation better, though that is beyond the present scope of this mod)

Replaced Sephardic pops in Georgia with Jewish Georgian pops, to reflect the assimilation in the Gruzim community

Made Tutsi the sole primary culture in Ruanda, and Hutu & Tutsi primary cultures in Urundi to represent that the royals considered themselves separate from Hutu-Tutsi diichotomy

Fused Nyungwe into Sena, because I couldn’t find enough Nyungwe names to justify keeping them separate
Replaced Lozi with Aluyana, because it was anachronistic
Fused Hazarewal back into Panjabi, fused Aimaq back into Persian
Fused Nuristani into Kalash, made Kalash a primary culture in Kafirstan
Changed the default religion for the Zaramo culture to African Folk Religion, because they converted to Islam over the course of the game’s time period
Added more Nubian pops in Dongola to represent that the Sudanese Arab tribes in that region still spoke Nubian languages until the latter half of the game’s time period
Added Oriental Orthodox Saho people in Tigray and made them a primary culture, again in Tigray, to represent the Irob people
Added Kunama pops in Tigray, swapped Gumuz and Kunama pops in Eritrea & Gojjam
Added Nogai pops in Kuban, Cherson
Added Gumuz and Berta pops in Gojjam
Added Bhil pops in Bundelkhand
Re-added Baluchi as an additional primary culture in Kalat, to represent how the royalty styled themselves as Baluchi
Removed lingering Fluvial Bantu primary culture in Bangala
