-Flame Nova now gets canceled it Rex gets hit during its startup or the first 45 frames when it becomes active.

-Nspecial:
heavy version's knockback now knocks towards the center of the hitbox.
light version now sends at a 60 degree angle all the time.
-Fair:
startup decreased (18 -> 16x)
-Uair:
startup decreased (16 -> 15)
hitbox size increased.
-Dair:
adjusted the hitbox priority so the spike is more consistent.

-Fstrong:
knockback scaling increased (0.8 -> 0.9)
damage decreased (8 -> 7, per hit)

v1.6

-Added a certain rune.

-Improved sound button
-Reduced active frames on fair to match with the animation (5 -> 4).
-Increased Fspecial's (anchor shot) hitbox radius (30 -> 40).
-Increased Fspecial's cooldown if a player is grabbed.
-Increased Flame Nova's initial hit to capture players better.
-Reduced Hitstun multiplier on Flame Nova's last damage instance (1.3 -> 1.1), increased the kb scaling of those same hitboxes (0.6 -> 0.95).
-Fixed some slight visual quirks.

Fspecial should be more consistent and easier to use. The cooldown is to prevent chain grabbing.
Flame Nova takes less time from the match on the final hit.

I'd honestly like to re-animate so much stuff, and remake some move from the ground up so they feel better, but not yet.

-Increased fstrong's kill power: (scaling: 0.75 -> 0.8) (affinity max scaling: 0.75 -> 0.8)
-Increased ustrong's kill power: (scaling: 0.8 -> 0.90) (affinity max scaling: 0.90 -> 0.95)
-Decreased dstrong's middle hitbox kill power: (scaling: 1.1 -> 1) side hitboxes: (affinity max scaling: 1.1 -> 1.15)

Testing the waters with the strongs's kill power. The recent nerfs might have been a bit too drastic on forward and up strong, not killing in situations where they clearly should. Their immense range makes them hard to balance properly as kill moves. Hopefully this helps.

-Still searching for that online desync issue.

-Reduced Uspecial's kill power: (knockback: 11 -> 9) (scaling: 0.85 -> 0.70 //what) (initial hitbox lifetime: 3->4) (adjusted the hitboxes so they connect better with opponents closer to Rex)
-Adjusted bair's kill power: (hitstun-muti: 1 -> 0.9) (scaling: 0.9 -> 0.6) (angle: 155 -> 150) //this tool is extremely deadly at stage borders, hopefully this will make it not so oppressive, the angle has been adjusted to function better mid stage

Rex's kill power has been reduced on several moves, his immense range coupled with strong knockback could lead to some extremely early kills on the sides of the screen. His vertical options were also too deadly.

Adjustments were made with the affinity mechanic in mind, reaching high affinity should help them with kills.
I hope this is not too drastic. I'd rather have them in a slightly weak state rather than an overpowered one.
I will probably buff the strongs slightly if they feel too weak at around 50 - 80 % while keeping range in mind.

-Adjusted voiceline code so some lines would play in more coherent timings

Balance:
-Corrected Fstrong's affinity knockback boost (0.75 -> 0.85) //0.75 would actually nerf the move when empowered
-Reduced Ustrong's knockback (base: 12 -> 10) (scaling: 0.95 -> 0.85) (max affinity scaling: 1.15 -> 0.95)
-Reduced Ustrong's in between pause slightly (9 -> 8 frames)
-Reduced Bair sweetspot's kill power slightly (angle: 160 -> 155) (scaling: 1 -> 0.9) // This is still very good
-Reduced Fair's sweet spot scaling (0.85 -> 0.78)
-When Pyra gets parried, Rex will now go into parry stun. Pyra still gets interrupted
-Fspecial's movement slowdown is now bigger. //Should be less punishing when missing terrain during recovery
