New controls icon for tainted paltith

New buffs to both of the characters:

Paltith, when going to the tresure room, when abyss locusts instead of gray locusts, it will be the fire locust.

Tainted Paltith starts the floor with a specific trapdoor that sends him to a black market that costs money, and when she enters, she has 10 seconds to buy before sending back to spawn, and the trapdoor will disappear for that floor.

Tainted Paltith now starts with Wooden Penny.

Completely rework how you get and earn story items:

To get Poloraid and Negative, you need to kill Mom.

For knife piece 1, you need to visit Downpour 2.

For knife piece 2, you need to visit Mines 2.

And when you reach the chest or dark room, the game gives you key pieces 1 and 2.
