Some more description fixes, this time for VWE - Heavy weapons. Heavy weapons' descriptions used to state that heavy weapons had limited uses despite that no longer being true with Combat Extended.

Auto mortars from VFE - Mechanoids now fire mortar shells and require a mortar barrel to build.

You can now make generic ammo at the Mechanized Weaponsmith from Vanilla Factions Expanded - Mechanoids.
Removed all non-generic ammo and artillery shell recipes from VFE-M factory machines.
Minor weapon rebalance.
