Fixed a small issue with MCM which was erroneously creating a button on the MCM options screen (some code intended for testing was accidentally uploaded as part of the last update)

Added functionality to include dead soldiers from the memorial :)

Updated backup code to create properly time-stamped backups each time an export or dupe removal is done and added proper MCM support, including UI buttons to carry out the export or dupe removal directly from the mod config menu.

Fixed a bug which was keeping the backup character pool selected so changes were being made to the wrong pool file.

Added backup feature & additional command to remove duplicates from the CP list

Added pool timestamp just in case not having it causes any compat. issues (it was part of the individual export function so may be needed somewhere in native code).

Added config flags to support over-writing or skipping existing soldiers in the character pool.
