- more buildings were textured properly
- police department given new clean look
- shooting range in the bottom floor of the police department, below prison level
- several shops were opened up and given additional rooms
- apartment near end of map was made wider
- more easter eggs
- added ladder near "Overwatch" to combat snipers
- railing at park was removed
- lighting was updated in some areas
- murky sewer water was replaced with cleaner one that matches lighting
- parked vehicles added
