removed support for noir attachments, completely remade attachments code, fancy light sources now use their own standalone attachment points both for bag and belt, this means you can wear fancy lantern/flashlight/handtorch on your bag or on the same side of your belt next to your weapons/tools without any other mods which provide attachment functionality

Grey Fancy Lantern recipe change for better compatibility with Better Batteries mod

Now you can convert vanilla Flashlight or Hand Torch into a fancy rechargeable version and wear it on your belt!
