Tweaks:
- Added 1 new mod: [WOTC] MEME Give Soldier Command (this is a workaround for when a reward faction soldier is missing)
- Removed 1 mod: [WOTC] Pull ALL Faction Soldiers From My Pool (suspected of causing the missing factions oldier reward issue, fix is being worked on by the mod author)
- Reduced the Scalable Dark Events cap even further from 10 to 6 with worry about the strength of Requiem Mutator's Dark Events.
- Reduced the faction loyalty requirement for the Faction Reward Soldier covert action to make it easier to have multiple faction soldiers.

Tweaks:
- Add 1 new mod: Iridar's Automated Loadout Manager to help with the amalagamation tertiary class secondary weapon users keeping the right secondary weapons
- Add +1 shred to all three tiers of SPARK/MEC rifles due to the list being light in units with Shredder (and no WIO cannon shred)

Tweaks:
- Fix an issue with the Choose My Class divisor offset causing "sameness" to occur in class choices between soldiers when new players are starting their first campaigns
