New decisions added:

Put an End to Navajoland will restore Arizona's borders, but only if New Mexico and Colorado have been formed, as Arixo's claim to Navajo territory is realistically unjustifiable. However, if the old US states are being restored, then it becomes somewhat valid.

Changes to existing decisions:

Restore New Mexico will no longer have the ability to incorporate Apacheria.
Removed all mentions of the duchy of Durango, as it does not exist at all.
Also fixed the decision Divide the Peace River being broken.

New decisions added:

Dissolve Chicagoland will restore Illinois borders (if Indiana has not been formed the western part of Chicagoland will go to the Greater Reserve).
Move the Capital to Chicago is available to Illinois after dissolving Chicagoland.
Divide the Peace River will restore Alberta and Saskatchewan northern borders.

New graphical wonders:

The Imperial Palace will now use the model of the Palace of Aachen
The Leonian Walls will now use the model of the Walls of Toledo (Fate of Iberia required)
La Citadel will now use the model of the Legendary Western Palace (Legends of the Dead required)
The Castillo de San Marco will now use the model of the Alcázar de Segóvia (Fate of Iberia required)

Dividing the Upland will now check if Grand Virginia exists and give the duchy of Clinch to it instead of Kanawha.

Forming Indiana no longer destroys the title of the Greater Reserve.

Restoring Minnesota's northern borders will no longer take a bite out of the Dakotas.

Forming the Empire State will transfer the duchy of New Haven to Ivyland.

Forming the Keystone State will rearrange the duchy of Erie to allow the de jure drift of Buffalo back into Hudsonia/Empire State. (This will not happen automatically; it just becomes a possibility.)

Forming Wyoming will now incorporate two counties in the Gillette region to allow a more historical border.

Forming New Mexico will transfer the duchies of Amarillo and Permia to the kingdom of the Red River.

Forming Grand Virginia no longer has the ability to just absorb all of Kentucky.
