Big changes!

- Now properly sends a letter notifying you that a pawn reached an age threshold (7, 10, or 13), even if they aren't getting a growth moment.

- There's now an options menu!

- Optionally, you can disable the desire for learning on pawns that were previously adults (13+). This will freeze the need bar at 50%, giving no penalty or bonus to mood.

- Optionally, you can allow pawns that have been reverted to childhood to get extra growth moments at the appropriate ages. These follow the normal rules for tiers but there are no checks for how many traits the pawn has, so you can go beyond the normal number of traits.

- You can also now change the minimum age result for chronophagy to any age from 3 to 13.
