- Changed faction creation and joining values for Imperial vassals under Calradian Emperors:
- Faction creation and joining chance for vassals under Claimant Emeperors sharing the same senatorial trait, changed from -42% to -47%
- Dissolution faction creation and joining chance for Calradian vassals under restored Calradian Empire, changed from -90% to -100%
- Independence faction creation and joining chance for Calradian vassals under restored Calradian Empire, changed from -90% to -95%
- Liberty faction creation and joining chance for vassals under restored Calradian Empire with different senatorial trait than their emperor, changed from +75% to basegame value
- Liberty faction creation and joining chance for vassals under restored Calradian Empire sharing the same senatorial trait as their emperor, changed from -42% to -65%
- Added cooldown tooltip for the Imperial Expansion kingdom-tier CB
- Administrative Calradian Emperors can now change their senatorial faction
- Fixing independent realms: now cultures with "petty kingdoms" flavor (sturgians, vlandian, battanians ext.) won't have a "petty" variants of titles if they are high-titled. Example: Vlandian independent duchies called "petty kingdoms". After became a King of (for ex.) Vlandia, his ducal-tier titles will be named as "duchies", not "petty kingdoms".
- Same as for special-cultured independent kingdoms (Aserai amirates/sultanates and Calradian themes/regnums)
- Same for administrative emperors. Now admin Emperor of CE, if created an kingdom-tier title, won't be have a "despotate", but "katepanate" (same for default vice-kingdom)
- Stop widows from being seduced at activities (I hope)
- AI should be less likely, but still can, to convert to a faith of a different religious group.
- Added two new categories of genes under the Eye section in Character Creation (Tattoos / Eyeshadows). Will rework them to better organize them.
- A lot of error.log bugfixing

- Fixed encoding for files from UTF-8 to UTF-8 with BOM
- Finished the remaining Battanian bookmark portraits (bookmarks in general are still highly a WIP)

* Added the first inklings of the Empire senate system.
- Faction traits (Oligarch, Populist, Royalist, and Militarist)
- Rulers with the same faction traits as their liege are less likely to join factions against their liege.
