- fixed the colorpicker beeing not shown depending on the starting faction
- now detects the 'Unlimited Mechanitor Command Range' mod and won't draw false mechanitor range circles

Optional colored mechanitor range:
- huge performance increase when using the custom drawradius of the mechanitor command range (this only fixes the performance of the vanilla way, other mods will still use the non performant way...)

new feature:
- reworked the scaleable spawner comp to be useable witth buildings, allowing multiple products to choose from as well as scaling and/or requiring research (only used in [AV] Mechtech so far)
