+ The move comes out much more faster overall, also makes it more easier to connect with the hitboxes
* Pico now recoils backwards as the move ends
++ Gives him more space to put between himself and his foes, aiding him more into his long range attacks
-- Potentially hinders his distance to recover when used offstage
* Hit sounds are changed

BAir
+ Hitbox size increased and now serves as the sweetspot
- Added sourspot on Pico's gun

* Reworked to be a multi-hit move

USpecial
+ Now has soft armor at the active window of the move. Value is 10.

DSpecial
+ Can now shield/parry cancel and dodge cancel at the start of the move. Use it to bait foes.
+ Pico doesn't perform the move if his health/percent is 0%, preventing wasted heals

Normals:
Up Tilt
* Reworked to be a multi-hit move to reflect the animation better.

Down Tilt:
+ Increased hitbox size slightly
+ Angle changed from 70 to 361, making it better to poke

Neutral Air
- Hitboxes are now a little shorter
* Adjusted one hitbox to be as the same height of the gun during the second half of the move.

Back Air
* Hitpause increased from 6 to 8
- Hitbox size has been reduced
- Landing Lag increased: 4 -> 8
- Startup Frame increased: 12 -> 18
- Decreased hitbox active frames: 6 -> 4

Up Air
+ Endlag has been reduced: 25 -> 16

Forward Air
- Increased landing lag: 6 -> 12

Down Strong
* Readjusted the hitboxes to fit the animation a bit better

Specials:
Neutral Special - Uzi Shot
+ Greatly reduced Window 3 length: 44 -> 15. Endlag in total is 19.
+ Increased damage: 7 -> 8
+ Increased base knockback: 10 -> 11

Up Special - Uppercut
* Fixed a bug where Pico would go down when you input down just as the move hits

Down Special
- Lowered amount of health recovered: 15% -> 8%

Down Taunt
+ Pico now gets his ammo back just when he adds a new clip during the animation, rather than before getting ammo after the animation ends.
