Restored MAJOR ORDER and BREAKING NEWS data. Reworked API access so that the wallpaper doesn't exceed bandwidth limits. Wallpaper now updates every 10-20 minutes. Future releases will include a "Last updated at...." notification.

Added Rotate Mode, yellow coloring for Terminid controlled planets.

NOTE: I am reworking how the map data is imported so the community-made API isn't hugged to death. I will be manually updating the data once or twice a day while I work on a fix so the map will temporarily be out of date by a few hours until then.
