Patch notes for 1.0.8:

- Updated mod to 1.15
- Fixed a few bugs.
- Reworked Egyptian dynasties to be less confusing.
- Added ability for cultures that have unlocked the writing innovation to erect monuments for various benefits. This is based off of the vanilla runestones, and is a bit basic at the moment, will expand on this later.
- Added new localization for Amunite and Sumerian religious heads.
- Made all Egyptian dynasties, as well as Sumer, Babylon, Assyria, Hatti, and Elam start off as palatial/administrative.

Sumerian and Akkadian faiths now have a temporal head, so you can play as the priest-king of Nippur.
Replaced palatial government with admin government for people with Roads to Power.

Added 3 hours of new middle-eastern and greek themed music.
Implemented a number of new flavor events, decisions, and activities from the RICE mod, with permission from cybrxkhan.
Edited some character histories.

Fixed wrong development modifier for scribal_school_01.
Player-created divergent and hybrid cultures should now inherit exposure to the writing, composite bow, and spoked wheel innovations.
Fixed incorrect localization on sea province #763.

Fixed some missing localization.
