Incorporated and adapted all changes from the recent AtE update.

Changes to the map:

The Empire of the Sul remains called Sul, while Araucárias is now a newly formable empire.
Florida remains united as one kingdom, but the two new kingdoms of the peninsula have been given a purpose. The republic of Miami now begins with the title Soflo, and Norflo is now the starting faction for Idiocracy, with the Murica title removed.
Tampa is now the capital of the Kingdom of Florida.

New decisions:

The South Will Rise Again is a decision that converts the Empire of the Sul into the Empire of Araucárias, incorporating Mesopotâmia, Uruguay, Interior (if Uruguay has not absorbed it already), and Paraguái.
Restore the War Department activates the Pentagon holy site for all faiths that are part of the Joint Task Force. (These faiths will all lose Washington as a holy site; Halo loses Turtle Bay). It also allows the JTF to restore the Pentagon wonder.

Changes to decisions:

Restore São Paulo will no longer destroy the Kingdom of Tiête title, allowing players to still form the Empire of Paulistânia.
Unite the Crowns of Minas will prevent the formation of the Empire of Minas Geraes. However, this decision no longer absorbs the three secondary kingdoms into one primary kingdom. Instead, it merges all four kingdoms into a new title with unique flavorization, the United Kingdom of Minas Gerais (using the Minas Geraes CoA).
Since Soflo and Norflo are not de jure at the start of this mod, the decision to unite Florida will only appear if Florida exists as a titular title with no de jure land.
All decisions to merge or unite kingdoms now account for any duchies that may have de jure drifted under the kingdoms.

Changes to buildings:

The Pentagon can now be upgraded; it needs the Restore the War Department decision to unlock the upgrade.

Changes to faiths:

Project at Eden's Gate was renamed to Progeny of Eden's Gospel to make it distinct from the source IP (like all other faiths in this mod), while keeping the acronym PEG for Peggie. The faith's description has been reworked.
Reworked the faiths of the Quantum religion and the Vault-Tec faith to integrate the new Atomic Blessing mechanic.
Changed some holy sites of Radiant Lines.
Added a new holy site for Deus Ex Metalli.
Akshardham Mandir is no longer a Mecha holy site; it is now a Hindu holy site.

Changes to factions:

Idiocracy now starts in Jacksonville, holding the Murican Nation of Norflo.
Mecha now starts in Michigan, with a new bookmark and lore (which will be expanded in the far future of 2025 with its own storyline).
Nerfed the Magic Kingdom's starting standing army.

Changes to tenets:

Prime Directive now includes some of the new Open-Mindedness features.
Great Games has been adjusted to incorporate the new Holy Tournaments features.

Added a simple hidden event to destroy an easter egg title that I made, when it is no longer held by the easter egg character that is supposed to own it.
