Figured out what was happening with the council flavorization, if you don't specify a gender the game defaults to male only, ngl that's misogynistic of you Paradox.

Due to incompatibility between this submod and mods that add new Coat of Arms I had to rename all emblems, so you may notice in your saves that the emblems in the flags have disappeared, you can manually fix that, the emblems are in the abstract category. This submod is now fully compatible with any mods that add more Flags, Emblems or Icons.

Give old Joe a kid because he kept fucking dying without an heir. I also gave him a new friend, he looks like he needs one.
