Added background color options and additional choices for modding the tabs at the top of Game Options to better accommodate light backgrounds.

Added color options for GAME OPTIONS header and tab names.

Fixed positioning of title of the Game Options window in large font.

Dried up code by making certain processes less hard-coded than they are in the vanilla code on which they are based.

Added the ability to apply color to all game option pages and increase font size of most option labels (Mod Options that would not fit with larger font sizes are skipped). Let me know if you experience any surprises!
