Only two small changes:

- Setting `SAT_TournamentMode `to `toolsOnly `or `true `now provides in-game tools to manage the match: override match time and set tickets for each team. Remember: any changes made using these tools are broadcast to the game chat.
These tools are available to players who have access to the Admin Camera (Shift+P). If you want to grant access only to players in the ManagerList.cfg, enter "-managerOnly" on the line after the value.
