Further title history improvements to d_thracesia and to several counties, all within k_nikaea. Theodoros Mankaphas now has his independent realm after Latins take Constantinople and Manuel Maurozomes is a vassal of his son in law Keyhüsrev I.

Slightly improved title history of Sultanate of Rum, Keyhüsrev I is now no longer Sultan in 1196-1205 and is at Constantinople from 1200 (could pull it to earlier, he's been to several places during his exile which I may add later)
