Last minute pre-Dev Derby patch

+Added Level 2 and Level 3 Teleporters, for half the price of normal building upgrades, leveled teleporters have more health (20,25,30) and a lower cooldown on teleporting
+All Buildings now display their exact hp on engi’s HUD

-Reduce sentry rocket hitstun 1.5 → 0.8

Dev Derby Prep Patch:

Efficiency:
+Compressed several sprites from 2x2 to 1x1 to save on file size
+Compressed several large audio files to save on file size without a noticeable difference in quality
+Changed several else-if statements to switch-case statements to increase processing efficiency

Bug Fixes:
+Fixed the game crashing from an Abyss Mode enemy hitting a building
+Fixed intro voice lines sometimes not working.
+Fix buildings being stuck in a toolbox state after falling
+Added missing Utilt hurtboxes (previously just had active hurtboxes over the entire attack, whoops)
+Fixed a single missing pixel in the Walkturn sprite

Cosmetic:
+Added a Mute button for players at the start of the round that don't want to listen to a Texan man’s anxiety.

Uspecial:
+Pressing Attack or Special during startup now bounces the Engineer upwards regardless of if he has a teleporter.
-Significantly reduced base hitpause on telefrag (you were able to easily confirm it into a double donk, now you can only get off a jab) 18 → 8
-Telefrag base KB reduced 11 → 9
+Fixed audio continuing to play after the move is interrupted
-Non-engineer characters can now eat bread!

Ustrong:
-Base kb melee 11 → 8.5
-Base kb Double Donk 11 → 8.5
-Base kb scaling melee 1.1 → 1
-Base kb scaling Double Donk 1.1 → 1

Fspecial:
+Made hitboxes of the flying toolbox significantly less janky
-Cooldown of 90 frames when used grounded
-Cooldown of 150 frames when used aerial

Fair:
+Fair’s vertical boost has been made more consistent to easier hit grounded opponents
+Fastfalling or holding down during Fair cancels the vertical boost, allowing hitfalling.

Ftilt:
-Reduced base hitpause on pistol Ftilt hit 1 & 2: 5 → 3
-Same for wrangler Ftilt 6 → 4

Uair:
+Holding down or Fastfalling on-hit cancels Uair’s vertical boost (makes hitfalling more consistent)

Dspecial (air):
-Startup time increased by 2 frames

Nspecial:
-Hitstun multiplier reduced 1→ 0.8

Buildings (mostly Sentry):
-Sentry bullet damage increased 1→ 2
-Sentry hp 20,30,40→25,30,35
-Sentry rockets unprepare if opponent is out of their range
-Sentry rockets can only be fired left/right or straight up
-Sentry rockets can now hit their own Engineer
-Sentries turn in the direction that the Engi is facing while he is using the wrangler
-Wrangled sentries now have a shield. (This is purely cosmetic and gives the sentry no resistances, don’t worry)

Also Engineer’s buddy, Sentry-chan, is now public! The little goober will even match the building color on the Engineer’s alts!

Back to working on Engi again, this patch is focused on some balance changes and fixing bugs. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

+ Increased sentry range
+ Fixed Dash Attack missing an early active frame.
+ Reduced endlag of Dash Attack.
+ Reduced endlag of Ftilt1.
+ Fix Ftilt2’s hurtbox using Ftilt1's hurtbox.
- Changed the angle of Jab 2 to send enemies further inwards
- Reduced the size of the damaging hitbox of Nspecial to better match the visual. The hitbox that affects buildings remains the same size.
+ Increased teleporter hurtbox size (roughly the same size as a lv1 sentry)
- Ammo boxes will no longer infinitely bounce when you have full metal, they’ll now bounce twice and despawn. (it was very annoying how they kept bouncing)
- Lv3 sentries now have a visual cue before firing a rocket
+ Fixed teleporter bread from occasionally spawning in the wrong spot and appearing like a small ammo box.
+ Fixed something in CSS that would cause an error (thanks Supersonic)
+ Kitty0706's name has been corrected (it previously had the wrong numbers because I made a typo, and nobody corrected me until the character released).
