Changes:
-"Pretty-Pocket Pack" and "Fresh Start" no longer require you to have an empty slot in order to collect. (You can now freely pick them up even with full inventory);
-You can now either spend "Coupon!!!" to get an ability by selecting the slot that contains it or spend a point by simply selecting any other slot. If you didn't select any slot and you inventory isn't full, you will automatically spend your coupon;
-If the ability offering doesn't have any free abilities and you don't have any points - the whole offering will despawn;
-The Pouch, thrown by "Pouch Toss" now leaves a sand trail while in the air if the player has "Fairy Trail".
Bugfixes:
-Fixed an issue that prevented the player from using "Coupon!!!" with 0 points.

11 new Sand Pouch abilities for the Dream Guard:
[STURDY STRIKE]
-Every third Sand Pouch attack will be performed twice in a short succession;

[MAGIC MiSSILE]
-Gives your Sand Pouch a unique chargeable attack;
-Double tap a shooting button to fire a homing missile that will target enemies and deal critical damage if they are affected by somnolence;
-This ability recharges seperately from Sand Pouch.
-Hits bosses 5 times before changing target;
-The amount of hits is doubled for champions;

[CARELESS CAROUSEL]
-Replaces your melee pouch swing to a spin attack that deals damage while active;

[OUTBURST]
-Dealing damage to enemies with somnolence will spawn a homing soul that targets enemies;
-These souls apply a short version of somnolence and deal some damage on impact;

[CLOGGY CONVOLUTION]
-Normal enemies will no longer get immunity to somnolence when it expires;
-Decreases somnolence immunity for bosses by 75%;

[HOURGLASS HASTE]
-Increases all incoming sand meter replenishment by 75%;

[SOMNAMBULA]
-A following familliar that will target a nearby enemies and start floating above them until they're dead;
-Increases damage dealt with somnolence to a targeted enemy by 35%;
-Can fall alseep if you wait long enough (very eepy);

[PRETTY-POCKET PACK]
-Free to collect!;
-Spawns a set of unique low-tier power-ups and disappears form your inventory afterwards;
-Can be collected only once per run;

[BEDTIME BUNDLE]
-Free to collect!;
-The ability offerings at the beggining of he floor will now contain 4 abilities instead of 3;

[COUPON!!!]
-Free to collect!;
-Allows you to get 1 ability from the offering for free and disappears form your inventory afterwards;

[FRESH START]
-Free to collect!;
-Removes all your abilities and gives you 1 point for each and disappears form your inventory afterwards;
-Spawns an ability offering after picking up, allowing you to choose again;
-Doesn't affect the amount of slots you got from the Somnoleptic Shrine;

A new active items;
[DREAMER'S SCROLLER]
-Gives you a consumable item "Dreamer's orb" that grants you 3-4 sandy familiars and can give you a random item from the following list:
-3 coins;
-Half a soul heart;
-A random card;
-A random trinket;

[THE DREAM GUARD]
-The Dream Guard's Sand Meter no longer goes up to 100% opacity when there's enemies in the room;
-The Sand Pouch's EID description now also shows the description of the selected ability;

[SANDPLOSION]
-The opacity of sandplosion now smoothly comes from 45% up to 100%;

[POUCH TOSS]
-No longer collides with obstacles;
-No longer functions as a tear entity;
-Updated visuals;

[SOMNOLEPTIC CHARGE]
-Now also allows your Sand Pouch to store 1 additional charge layer (the Battery effect);
-The second charge layer is not affected by the charge boost and replenishes 2 times slower than the regular one;

[FAIRY TRAIL]
-Now deals damage to flying enemies (dont ask how);
-Slowed min. and max. damage rate by 150% and 100%

[SANDY]
-No longer collides with projectiles;
-Decreased the chance of spawning from normal enemies (from 50% to 25%);
-Decreased the duration of somnolence applied on death

[DREAM WARRIOR]
-REWORKED;
-No longer grants a flat damage increase to enemies with somnolence;
-Now increases your damage dealt with somnolence by 5% for every enemy killed with this effect (max 50%);
-The damage bonus disappears when you leave the room;

[SAND POUCH]
-The Sand Pouch now plays a special sound when recharged (Like any other active item do);
-Now deals a little bit damage and knockback with the bag itself, the same way Cain's Crafting Bag does;
-No longer shoots automatically when the player's under the kidney stone's effect

[FLARING CANDLE]
-Removed from the beggar's item pool;

[OTHER]
-Added russian support for EID;
-Improved compatability with the Encyclopedia mod;
-Added EraseCustomModData.bat file that erases all of mod's custom data from your save files;
(Since this update changed a little some of the achievements, its better to run this file atleast once as a safety percaution before playing the mod, so that the old and unused data variables could be deleted);
-Somnossences spawned from cheat commands command no longer require you to have points in order to pick them up;
-Updated some of the Somnossences' Icons;
-Updated visuals for some of the Somnossences;
-Fixes some minor visual inconsistencies;

-Fixed an issue with Battery and Sand Pouch when Sand Pouch recharged both charge layers upon clearing a room (It's not suppose to synergize with ANY battery items;
-Fixed an issue when the Dream Guard's sand attacks dealt damage to friendly enemies and could be interrupted by them;
-Fixed a lot of issues with the Pouch Toss ability;
-Fixed an issue when Sand Pouch's recharge speed modificators didn't properly update when removing or swapping abilities;
-Fixed an issue with EID descriptions display if the player has a found soul trinket;

Commentary:
You could have noticed that the Dream Guard becomes quite powerful at the end of most runs, while taking some time to grind the points for Sand Pouch's abilities;
He's really strong but slow, which isn't very fun, considering that most of the time you'll be waiting for your Sand Pouch to recharge instead of dealing damage on your own;
This update aims to change it, making somnolence less powerful, but allowing you to apply it more frequently, while also providing some changes to the "meta" of the Dream Guard's abilities (and making sandplosion finaly usable...);

Changes:
[The Dream Guard]
-Decreased the Dream Guard's damage penalty from 50% to 40% (base damage increased from 1.75 to 2.10);
-Removed one the Dream Guard's birthright effects that decreased his damage penalty from 50% to 70%;
-Decreased the additional damage dealt to enemies with the Dream Guard's birthright when somnolence expires from 75% to 50%;
-Sandplosion spawned by killing enemies with the Dream Guard's birthright no longer deals damage;
-Pressing TAB while in the room with enemies will now reduce the Dream Guard's sand meter opacity down to 25%;

[Sand Pouch]
-The Sand Pouch now recharges faster by 33% for the Dream Guard;

[Somnolence]
-Decreased the damage dealt to enemies with somnolence;
-Decreased the strength of somnolence's slowness on bosses;
-Decreased the somnolence immunity time for bosses by 20%;
-Somnolence's initial stun inflicted on bosses can no longer be halted by Coma Cloud;
-Enemies with somnolence will now take only 50% more damage from familiars;
-Enemies with somnolence will now take only 20% more damage from unique sources (like blue flames from Ghost Pepper);

[Sandplosion]
-Sandplosion got a visual and technical overhaul (Now much move convenient to use);
-Increased radius by around 20%;

[Swift Step]
-Increased the amount of i-frames given by Swift Step's dash;
-Added a delay between Sandplosions caused by Swift Step's and Sandplosion's synergy;

[Coma Cloud]
-Coma Cloud, spawned by Sandplosion will now differ in sizes (depending on how big the Sandplosion was and on your synergies);

[Sparkling Sand]
-The total amount of damage dealt by the end of somnolence's duration will now always be equal to 5 times player's damage (capped at 50);
-The intervals between each damage tick will differ depending on somnolence's max duration (The shorter somnolence is, the faster the damage will be dealt);

[Oversomnia]
-Decreased the damage dealt to enemies with Oversomnia;
-Oversomnia no longer increases the somnolence's duration;
-Decreased the max immunity time to somnolence inflicted by Oversomnia's stacks by around 50%;

[Deep Sleep | Dream Warrior]
-Deep Sleep now increases somnolence's duration by 35% (from 100%);
-Dream Warrior now increases the damage dealt to enemies with somnolence by 25%;
-Dream Warrior's damage no longer scales with the current floor;

[Spindle Spikes | Shooting Stars]
-Decreased the damage dealt by Spindle Spikes;
-Spindle Spikes and Shooting Stars will no longer spawn from the additional Sandplosions caused by Pouch Toss and Sandplosion's synergy;

[Other]
-Added a new console command that increases/decreases the current amount of the Dream Guard's ability notches;
-Using Genesis as the Dream Guard will now give you back all of your used points (for both abilities and slots);
-The Dream Guard's unique death animation will now only play when he dies for good (With no extra lives);
-Reduced the base change to shoot a star with Sleepy Head transformation;
Fixes:
-Somnoleptic Shrine now becomes unusable when broken (Previously could give you a slot upgrade even when broken)
-Fixed an issue when Oversomnia's stacks remained on the enemies even when the somnolence's effect is expired;
-Fixed an issue when one of the Dream Guard's Birthright effects did not replenish on killing enemies the Dream Guard's Sand Meter;
-Fixed several issues with Flaring Candle related to tainted Lazarus's switch mechanic;
-Fixed the Dream Guard's broken death animation that plays upon touching white fireplace in Downpour;
-Fixed an issue when the Dream Guard's sand meter did not replenish after killing enemies with somnolence using Euthonasia;
-Fixed an issue with Dream Snatcher that made it return to the player when colliding with friendly enemies;
