Hound Archons are now a unit, not a commander, and 30 gems summons 4 of them, not just 1. They were far too underpowered after removing their promotion ability for a cost of 30 gems.

reduced elemental combat summons to 1 effect instead of 1+0.5 effects. Adjusted fatigue slightly. Still no gem cost. Reduces, but not removes, spamming elementals.
