Fixed some starting units that weren't getting magic paths.

Removed integrations for MA Omniscience, replaced with new native oberserver-only nation, Ao. Be sure to disable Omniscience if you've been using it with this mod.

Update aimed at Luiren and Dalelands, whose starting province was clearing recruitment before turn one, thus killing awake gods. May be others, I'll find them over the next few days.

Many small adjustments to the art, but mostly the addition of more than 70 new thrones and units to go with most of them. Something like 200 new custom magic sites overall.
