- Fixed bug causing AI to ONLY place hectostructures on planets WITH orbital deposits instead of the opposite (whoops)
- Habitat orbitals can no longer coexist with other structures. Whenever a structure is built it will deconstruct any present habitat orbitals. Unfortunately this will result in unharvested deposits still being visible or harvested deposits appearing as unharvested until the game is reloaded for the specific case where a structure dismantles an orbital.
- Lowered Orbital Arcology Ring modifier to -25% empire size from pops on the ring
- Raised minimum planet size an orbital arcology ring can be built on from 11 to 15. The scale of ring size has been adjusted to match the new minimum
- Matrioshka Brain now has multiple modes
