SD S2 Patch:

Overall:
- Adjusted nearly every hurtbox to more accurately match the spritework
Tilts:
FTilt is now active for 1 frame longer
UTilt is now active 1 frame sooner
DTilt now scales slightly
Dash Attack:
now has a weaker hitbox when landed later in the active frames
Lowered the vertical velocity
Fixed an issue that canceled the originally intended end lag
Forward Smack:
Lowered the vertical velocity
Adjusted to hit slightly lower
Aerials:
Adjusted Nair Hitbox to more accurately match the spritework
Reduced the BKB and KBS on Aerial Hitbox on FAir to 11 and 0.1 (was 14 and 0.2)
Up Air has 3 new Active frames (these are weaker and do not send straight up)
Down Air comes out 1 frame sooner
Specials:
Neutral B has small animation tweaks to emphasize the slugs
Side B hook does 6% now (was 2%)
Beanie-Man now has proper invincibility during the first few frames of the initial propel. This invincibility ends when Beanie-Man becomes able to cancel into his aerials
Lowered the Detection range of the Turn-Around Down B to the first 3 frames of the move (was 11)
Adjusted the Hitbox on Big Beanie
Adjusted where Big Beanie spawns to hit closer to Beanie-Man himself
Throws:
Back Throw now has more KBS, restoring it’s former kill throw status
Ultra:
Slightly increased KBS to 0.09 (was 0.075)

Facelift Patch 2

Jab:
-Holding the Jab activates a Rapid Jab
-Jab 2 and 3 no longer activate until after Jab 1 connects.
Up Tilt:
-Extra Beanie lasts a full second longer, flies more up when thrown, and is slightly floatier
Down Tilt:
-Can now be canceled into Neutral Special
-Can now be canceled into Down Special.
Dash Attack:
-Adjusted Hitbox
-Hitbox persists for 4 frames longer.
Forward Smack:
-Travels more forward in the air and less upwards.
Down Smack:
-Moves slower during the descent of the attack.
-More reliably grab confirms on the first hit.
-Made it so the second part of the attack is canceled if the first hit is blocked.
-Lowered the hit sound on the second part of the attack
Neutral Air:
-Added a new Animation for consecutive uses of the attack.
Forward Air:
-Knockback Angle changed to -75 (was -89)
Down Air:
-Startup reduced to 10 frames (was 13)
Neutral Special:
-Damage increased to 4%/slug (was 2%/slug)
-Changed Knockback Angle to 90 (was 105)
Up Special:
-Attack can now be canceled into aerials during its descent.
-Beanie-Chute can be seen falling down upon cancellation.
Down Special:
-Increased hitbox size to more accurately cover the Big Beanie’s opening.
-Increased Big Beanie’s health to 12 (was 7)
-NEW ABILITY: TURN-AROUND: Once during the startup of the attack, Beanie-Man can choose to turn around when throwing the Big Beanie
-As a failsafe, Big Beanie’s cooldown auto-resets 1000 frames after activation. This should prevent Big Beanie from becoming unusable after a successful parry.
-This failsafe also destroys any existing Big Beanies, preventing that issue where Big Beanie persisted on opponents who were hit during an attack with armor.
Ultra:
-Adjusted the Animation
Extra:
-New Intro Animation
-Made it so that Beanie-Man can freely flip directions during his taunts.
-Removed “The” from Beanie-Man’s name in the character select screen.

QoL Patch:

Smear Frames
A number of attacks now have smear frames in the animation. Hitboxes and framedata have been adjusted accordingly.

New Mechanic: Auto Load

Beanie-Man can now automatically reload his Neutral and Side Special simultaneously when specific conditions are met.
These Conditions include:
- Parrying
- Using "Get Beanied" while an opponent is trapped in Big Beanie
- Using Ultra

Up Strong
Up Strong now pops Beanie-Man upwards, providing more range at the cost of less base knockback

Jab:
- 2nd Hit cancels are back. Now they cancel into specific moves, such as tilts.

Down Tilt:
- Now it only cancels into other tilts.

Forward Smack:
- Adjusted Hitbox for accuracy

Down Smack:
- Adjusted Base KB
- Adjusted KB Scaling

FAir:
- Adjusted animation and hitboxes
- Added Custom Landing Lag

Specials/Projectiles:
- Fixed an issue that caused the missile fire effect to transfer to unintended projectiles.

Down Special:
- Adjusted Hitbox and Hurtbox
- Increased Projectile Health
- Fixed an issue that always canceled end lag even if the Big Beanie missed.
