Fixed a major issue with leader portraits using the UIOD version in guis where it shouldn't have.
Edited some gui files that were suffering from what I called "overwrite syndrome"
Added some edited gfx files to help stem that "overwrite syndrome"

Moved starbase, ship designer, fleet manager and fleet view to their own folder

Removed the description pictures from mod files
