Fixed a bug when switching to forgotten from the clicker the new item takes the active slot, deleting the clicker

- Fixed a bug where the 2nd player who uses the boney heart, effect will go to the 1st player instead.

- Fixed a bug where external item description doesn't work and gives an error.

- Fixed a bug where the 2nd player playing as Forgotten, Boney Heart will not appear for that player.

- Added wisp

Yes, after this mod has been out for 2 years, I finally fixed all of these bugs, better late than never, I guess.

Fixed a bug where you use boney hearts with other mods game causes bugs.
